心理治疗相关法律风险的评估与预防

 

2025年6月7日，IPA中国学组伦理委员会在武汉IPA中国学组总部组织法律专题学习，8位学组成员和候选人地面参会，50位学组成员和候选人线上参会。

应IPA 中国学组伦理委员会的邀请，上海星瀚(武汉)律师事务所主任沈大力律师给学组成员和分析师侯选人进行了《心理治疗事前与事后法律风险评估与预防》的专题讲座。沈律师从心理治疗基础法律法规、心理治疗事前、事中、事后法律风险及其防范这四个方面进行了专业且详细的介绍，并针对与会者的问题进行了充分的答疑互动。学组成员深感此次讲座切合大家的工作需要，极大地丰富了大家的专业知识，增强了实际工作中的法律意识与预防风险的意识。

本次法律专题学习不仅为学组成员揭示了从业相关的法律风险，也为成员的执业实践提供了详实的案例指导。

On June 7, 2025, the IPA Study Group of China in Wuhan organized a seminar on legal affairs related to psychotherapy at the Group Office in Wuhan. Eight IPA—certified analysts and candidates attended in person, while fifty IPA-certified analysts and candidates attended online. We invited the head of Shanghai Xinghan in Wuhan Law Firm, a lawyer, and a specialist in the field of law about Consulting and Psychotherapy, Mr.Shen Dali, who delivered a detailed presentation on legal risk assessment and prevention of pre ,mid and post —psychotherapy.The lecture of Mr.Shen covered four key areas: basic laws and regulations for counseling and psychotherapy, legal risk management of pre , mid and post-session . All participants got benefits a lot thorough explanations and fruitful Q&A parts were held. This seminar not only highlighted the legal risks associated with the profession but also offered practical case guidance for all attendees on their professional practices.
