2013-2016:完成美国麻省大学正念中心正念减压(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR)资格老师的培训

2016-2018:完成牛津大学正念中心正念认知疗法(Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, MBCT)模块1到模块4(M1-M4)的培训，成为教授MBCT八周课程的老师

2016-2019:第七届聚焦取向心理咨询师国际项目、创伤聚焦培训、全身聚焦培训等，成为国际聚焦协会认证的聚焦培训师

完成国际精神分析协会(IPA)候选人的培训(2023年7月)

 

工作经历

上海市精神卫生中心精神科副主任医师

开展心理咨询与心理治疗工作二十年，接诊成人，青少年的个案，从事动力性个体和家庭心理咨询和治疗工作以及高频精神分析

向同行提供动力性个体和团体督导

向临床就诊群体提供正念减压(MBSR)和正念认知疗法(MBCT)，并在其中积累了丰富的经验

提供精神分析相关的培训，如作为项目负责人主持和主讲国家级继续教育培训项目《操作化心理动力学诊断——个案概念化的核心技术》

•  2016- 2019: the seventh international training course for Focusing Oriented Psycho-counsellor, the trauma focusing training program, whole-body focusing training program, etc., and became the certified focusing trainer of International Focusing Institute

• Associate Chief Psychiatrist in Shanghai Mental Health Center

• Twenty years work experience in Psycho-counselling and Psychotherapy, mainly for adults and adolescents, providing individual and family psychodynamic counselling and therapy, also providing high frequency psychoanalysis 
• Providing psychodynamic individual and group supervision
• Providing MBSR and MBCT in clinical work and having a lot of experience in this field

• Providing psychoanalytic training, for example, as organizer and main lecturer for the national continuous medical education program: “Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis——the Key Technique For Case Conceptualization”
