工作经历

在武汉市精神卫生中心|武汉市心理医院精神科病房及门诊工作期间,先后在心理门诊、抑郁病房、成瘾中心、临床心理科、创伤病房、心理咨询与治疗中心、社会心理服务指导办公室工作，平均年门诊心理咨询300多人次，平均年门诊心理治疗累计超过1300小时。积累了大量为抑郁症、焦虑症、强迫症、各种心身疾病、人格障碍患者以及儿童、青少年情绪障碍患者进行心理治疗的经验。 参与多项心理危机干预工作。

开展心理治疗工作十余年，长年接诊高频精神分析治疗。向高校心理咨询方向的研究生以及同行提供个别督导、团体督导。同时向来院进修生提供专业教学及督导，积累了丰富的临床及教学经验。

组织和参与多项有关心理健康公益服务项目，如科普宣讲、基层专业技术人员心理咨询技能的培训，并参与武汉市社会心理服务体系建设的多项工作，如行业规范文件的起草等。

Work Experience:

• During working in the psychiatric ward and outpatient department of Wuhan Mental Health Center | Wuhan Hospital for Psychotherapy , I had worked successively in the psychological outpatient department, depression ward, addiction center, clinical psychology department, trauma ward, psychological counseling and treatment center, and social psychological service guidance office. On average, I receive over 300 outpatient psychological consultations per year, and accumulated over 1300 hours of outpatient psychotherapy per year. I have accumulated a wealth of experience in providing psychotherapy for patients with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, various psychosomatic diseases, personality disorders, as well as emotional disorders in children and adolescents. Participated in psychological crisis interventions.
• I have been engaged in psychotherapy for over ten years and have been accepting high-frequency psychoanalytic therapy for many years. Provide individual and group supervision to graduate students in the field of psychological counseling in universities and peers in the field of psychotherapy . At the same time, I provide professional teaching and supervision to Continuing Education Students in the hospital, accumulating rich clinical and teaching experience.
• Organized and participated in multiple projects related to mental health public welfare services, such as lectures on popularization of science, training on psychological counseling skills for medical system technicians, and participate in multiple tasks related to the construction of the social psychological service system in Wuhan, such as drafting professional standard documents.
