专业背景

中德心理治疗师高级连续培训项目精神分析组第一期(1997-1999)学员，中国大陆IPA精神分析师第一批受训候选人(2008-2015)之一。从2000年起致力于开展精神分析心理治疗师的培训项目，在北京安定医院作为项目负责人开始长期的国际合作培训项目(中挪精神动力学治疗师与督导师连续培训项目)。在IPA新团体委员会(IPA New Group Committee)和IPA中国委员会(IPA China Committee)的支持下，多次在IPA大会期间代表中国大陆参加泛亚太地区的工作会议，致力于促进中国大陆加入IPA的区域学术组织，包括IPA中国联盟中心(IPA Allied Center of China, 2007 )和IPA中国学组(IPA Study Group of China,2021)的成立。在北京安定医院任职期间，培养硕士和博士生20余名，发表科研论文50余篇。带领学科团队使医院获得了北京市科委授予的“精神分析与认知行为治疗国际科技合作基地”及国家外专局授予的“心理治疗国际合作示范基地”的资质。

 

临床实践和培训督导

主要临床工作是在北京安定医院承担专家门诊和住院患者的不定期查房;同时也接受精神分析取向的心理治疗个案，及年轻同行的个人体验和案例督导。除组织负责中挪项目之外，培训和督导工作主要参与由行业学会、协会及精神卫生中心和高校组织的心理治疗与咨询师的培训项目以及小组督导工作;同时也作为中方助教参与由IPA中国委员会主持的、由IPA培训分析师执教的中国大陆候选人的培训工作。

Research and Publications

• With the master degree and doctor degree students’ team, the main research themes have been included the psychic trauma and attachment patterns in Chinese mood disorder and anxiety disorder patients; Childhood Abuse in Chinese Patients with Borderline Personality Disorder; Professional identity and competence for Chinese psychotherapists. Over 50 papers have been published.
